Magic Make Over Workout

It’s hard to know which workout will be best for your goal, and just what is your goal exactly? You might want to target your arms, just lose weight, or tone. Or do you just want a Make-Over? Do you want to look in the mirror and see a better you?

This is the Magic Make-over workout, everything you need, nothing you don’t. everything is covered – abs, legs, arms your whole body is completley covered with this workout.

Why is it magic? Theres no counting reps or sets, its dynamic circuit based fitness. Run through all the exercises in each lesson in the defined time, struggling to complete it once? fine, build yourself up. Once you have built up your fitness and completed the make-over, see how many times your can run through the circuit. Can you complete the entire course?
