Theres no counting reps or sets, its dynamic circuit based fitness. Run through all the exercises in each lesson in the defined time, struggling to complete it once? fine, build yourself up. Once you have built up your fitness and completed the make-over, see how many times your can run through the circuit.This can be taught as a single session or as part of regular sessions below:
