Kids Personal Training Overview
This pre-planned personal training session for kids will involve a quick health check with blood pressure, and then full instruction on all exercises in the plan plus motivation and confidence building exercises. This personal training session is naturally tailored to kids & teens with emphasis on building strong bones and muscles, developing hand eye co-ordination, confidence, and more
